Trip Refund
Refunds for ride trips need a valid reason please email with the link below to contact customer support. If your return meets the above criteria, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the refund within 3-5 business days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Online Shop Refunds
There is a 10% – 20% re-stocking fee for all returned items depending on damage and use. Once we have received your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you that it has been received. If your return meets the above criteria, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the refund within 3-5 business days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Shipping
Shipping costs are non-refundable. You will be responsible for shipping costs related to the return of your item.
