Set it once, standing
Dialysis is the most schedule-sensitive transportation there is. Chairs run on a fixed rotation, and a late arrival can cost the rider their slot. The fix is a standing schedule: the same pickup times, the same days, booked once and left in place.
Standing riders also qualify for our discounted recurring rate, which matters when you are paying for six trips a week.
Plan the ride home differently
The trip in and the trip out are not the same. Post-treatment fatigue, cramping and low blood pressure are common, so the return ride should be booked as call-when-ready rather than a fixed time. Our drivers wait for the clearance, not the clock.
Talk to your clinic
Most Jacksonville dialysis centers will coordinate directly with a transportation provider on pickup logistics — entrance to use, who signs the rider out, how to reach the floor. One conversation up front removes weeks of friction.
