Private Patient Airport Transportation

We handle airport transfers to and from Jacksonville International (JAX) and regional and private airfields across Northeast Florida, including private plane and medical flight transfers at fixed-base operators. Wheelchair riders travel in lift-equipped vehicles with full securement, and ambulatory riders get door-to-door help all the way through.

Drivers load and unload luggage and mobility equipment, escort riders inside the terminal, hand off to airline wheelchair assistance where needed, and stay until the rider is safely with the airline staff. On arrivals we meet riders at baggage claim rather than circling the curb, so nobody is left standing with bags.

Departure timing is planned around the flight, not the traffic. Tell dispatch the airline, flight number and terminal, and we build a pickup window that accounts for check-in, security and boarding for a passenger who moves slowly.
