Wait Time and Concierge Service

For short appointments — lab work, an injection, a quick follow-up, an imaging appointment — it usually makes more sense for the driver to stay than to dispatch a second vehicle. Wait time is quoted in advance so you know the total cost before the trip begins, and the driver is right there when you walk out.

Concierge goes a step further than waiting. The driver escorts the rider inside, helps at the check-in desk, carries paperwork and belongings, remains reachable during the visit, meets the rider at the exit, and handles stops on the way home — the pharmacy, the grocery store, lunch — as part of the same trip.

It is the right choice for riders who become disoriented in unfamiliar buildings, riders whose appointment time is uncertain, families who cannot be there in person, and anyone who has ever been discharged from a procedure and left waiting in a lobby for a ride that had to be called from scratch.
