Veteran and VA Clinic Transportation

We transport veterans to VA outpatient clinics and community-based clinics throughout Jacksonville and Northeast Florida, as well as to VA-authorized community care providers, imaging appointments, physical therapy, mental health visits, prosthetics and orthotics fittings and pharmacy pickups.

Trips are door to door and mobility-appropriate: ambulatory, wheelchair with lift and securement, bariatric and stretcher-level service are all available. Drivers arrive early, assist through the entrance, and can wait for shorter appointments so a veteran is not stranded when the visit runs short or long.

Longer trips to regional VA medical centers outside Jacksonville are quoted as long distance transports with planned rest stops. Standing appointment schedules — weekly therapy, regular infusions, ongoing behavioral health — can be booked as recurring trips at a discounted rate.

Call dispatch with the clinic, the appointment time and the rider's mobility needs, and we will confirm the pickup window and provide a written estimate before the trip.
