Popular day trips include grocery and pharmacy runs, bank and post office stops, hair and nail appointments, visits to family and friends, senior-community activities, church services, birthdays, weddings and funerals, restaurant outings and airport drop-offs and pickups. Riders who use ambulatory, wheelchair or bariatric service for their medical trips get the same vehicle and same level of assistance for personal trips.

Drivers help with more than the ride. They come to the door, assist with steps and thresholds, load and unload bags and mobility equipment, wait during shorter stops, and help carry groceries inside at the end of the trip.
