Elderly Patient Transportation

Most of our riders are older adults who have stopped driving, and their families are usually the ones who call first. What they want is simple: someone patient, someone who shows up, and someone who will not rush a person who needs an extra minute to get to the car. Our drivers are trained and background checked, and they are chosen as much for temperament as for driving record.

Every senior trip is door to door. Drivers come to the door, offer a steadying arm through steps and thresholds, load walkers, rollators, canes and foldable wheelchairs, help each rider get belted, and walk them inside at the destination. On request, drivers sign riders in at the front desk and let the family know the trip is complete.

Seniors use us for medical appointments, dialysis, therapy, pharmacy runs, dental and vision visits, adult day programs, senior center activities, grocery trips, church, family gatherings and airport travel. Standing weekly schedules keep the routine consistent, and the same driver often becomes a familiar face.
