What types of transportation do you provide?

Ambulatory, wheelchair, bariatric and day-trip transportation, plus stretcher transport based on availability. Every trip is door to door, and our drivers assist you in and out of the vehicle and into your appointment.

How much does a trip cost?

One-way ambulatory and wheelchair trips start at $50, with each mile at $2.50. Trips over 30 miles are quoted separately, and stretcher transport and stretcher mileage are quoted based on availability. We will also beat most comparable quotes from surrounding-area companies by 5%.

Do you offer discounts for recurring riders?

Yes. Dialysis and cancer patients travelling two or more times a week qualify for special discounted rates, and so does anyone with a standing weekly trip. Call us and we will build a rate around your schedule.

Does Medicaid or insurance cover my ride?

Accepted Answer

Depending on your plan, Medicaid or insurance may cover NEMT. Contact your plan first to confirm coverage, and ask whether they reimburse trips you pay for out of pocket. If you are not covered, we accept private pay.

How far in advance should I book?

Booking a day ahead is best, and standing appointments can be scheduled weeks out. Same-day trips are often possible — call or text and we will tell you right away what is available.

How do I book a trip?

Call or text 904-515-2045 and our dispatch team will schedule you over the phone. You can also request a ride online through the My Florida NEMT network we work with.

What are your hours?

Accepted Answer

Normal business hours are 8:00 am to 5:30 pm, Monday through Friday. Trips before 7:30 am or after 6:00 pm are considered after hours and carry a $30 fee, subject to availability. Weekend trips are available — call or text to confirm.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancel at least one day in advance to avoid a fee. Same-day cancellations are $30 and no-shows are $30, charged when no one is available at pickup.

Can a family member or caregiver ride along?

Yes. One escort can ride along at no additional charge on most trips. Let dispatch know when you book so we can assign the right vehicle.
