Beyond the city limits
We cover most of Northeast Florida, including Nassau and St. Johns counties and long-distance transfers between facilities. Trips over thirty miles one way are quoted individually rather than run on the standard mileage rate.
Facility transfers
Hospital-to-rehab and rehab-to-home moves need coordination on both ends: who signs the rider out, what equipment travels, and who receives them. Give dispatch the case manager's name and we will handle the rest.
Comfort on a long ride
For anything over an hour, plan for a bathroom stop, bring water and medication, and tell us about pressure-sore risk so we can build in a repositioning break.
