Preparing Your Home for an Easy Pickup
Ten minutes of setup at the house removes most of the friction from a medical trip.
Clear the path
Rugs, cords, planters and a narrow hallway are the three-foot obstacles that turn a two-minute exit into a ten-minute one. Clear the route from the rider's chair to the front door.
Light and lock
For early-morning pickups, leave the porch light on. Have keys, a gate code and any building access sorted before the driver arrives.
