What To Expect On Your First Ride With Us
From the confirmation text to the walk back inside — a step-by-step look at a first trip with JAX NEMT.
Before the trip
You will get a confirmation with your pickup window and the vehicle type. If anything about the rider's mobility has changed since booking, this is the moment to tell us — it is easy to adjust before the driver leaves the yard.
At pickup
The driver comes to the door, introduces themselves, helps with steps, loads mobility equipment and secures the rider properly before moving. Nothing about that is rushed.
At the appointment
We walk riders inside and to the check-in desk at no extra charge. For return trips, call or have the front desk call when the rider is ready.
