Missing a treatment is not an inconvenience; it is a health emergency. That is why dialysis riders are scheduled as recurring trips rather than one-off bookings. We build the week around your chair time, assign familiar drivers who know your clinic and entrance, and hold the same pickup window so nothing has to be re-arranged every Monday.

Post-treatment rides get special handling. Patients often leave dialysis fatigued, lightheaded or unsteady, so drivers help all the way to the vehicle, keep the cabin comfortable, drive without unnecessary stops and walk each rider inside at home. If treatment runs long, dispatch adjusts rather than leaving the rider in a waiting room.

We serve dialysis centers throughout Duval, Clay and St. Johns counties and accommodate ambulatory, wheelchair and bariatric riders in the same standing schedule. Family members can ride along, and caregivers can receive confirmation that a trip was completed.

Riders travelling two or more times a week qualify for our discounted recurring rate, quoted as a base fare plus mileage with no surprise charges. Call dispatch with your clinic, your treatment days and your chair time and we will confirm the schedule for the whole month.
