We are dedicated to getting you from point A to point B safely, on time and with no hassle. Superior service is our standard, and what satisfies us is exceeding your expectations.
- 1Get your home address and your drop-off address together, then call or text our dispatch team with your appointment time.
- 2We check your mileage and vehicle type and give you a quote — you can also estimate it yourself on the trip calculator.
- 3We send you an invoice. Pay it, and we add you to our schedule.
- 4We text you to confirm your driver 24 hours before your appointment, and again the same day before pickup.
Trips booked after 5:30 pm may not be accepted, and same-day trips are only available based on availability — please try to book at least 48 hours in advance. Call or text to guarantee your booking. For weekend trips, call or text 904-515-2045 to confirm.

MyFloridaNEMT.com — how trips get covered across Florida
JAX NEMT drives Jacksonville and Northeast Florida. When a rider needs transportation somewhere we cannot reach, we use MyFloridaNEMT.com — an independent statewide network that we and fellow Florida dispatchers use to book, share and pick up trips. Through that network, trips can be covered throughout the state of Florida, not just our own service area.
We do not own or operate MyFloridaNEMT.com. If you are a rider requesting a trip outside Jacksonville, or a driver or transportation company looking to take on more work, that is where it happens.
